“Death By Pushups”

With a continuous running clock…

On the first minute, perform 1 push up, the second minute, perform 2 push ups.  (Continuing until you no longer can perform the number of push ups in one minute.)

Then…

AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) in 2 Minutes of:

-  Box Jumps
