Check out the picture above of the little boy doing a squat, he is either an experienced crossfitter or he is a natural! If we can think back to when we were small children its seems we were born with the natural ability to run, jump, squat and climb. As we get older we tend to get less active or stop moving all together. Why does this happen, where did we go wrong? Staying active is essiential to being healthy. Try to live a balanced lifestyle: stay active, eat the right foods, drink plenty of water and don’t forget to get plenty of sleep. You will be amazed at how good you feel!
