When talking about good nutrition and positive food choices, is soda a poor choice? My trainer recently found an article discussing answers to this question. Although the article talks mostly about full sugar sodas, I think we must also question diet sodas. I gave up soda about three years ago for some of these reasons, but I really wasn’t a heavy consumer of soda to begin with. Americans are the number one consumers of soda in the world and there is a thought that soda may be part of the cause of the high obesity rate in children and adults.
