Bonus Workout

Just a quick, fun workout to help you get through your week.  We just did this one where I workout.  Try to keep moving for the whole 12 minutes.

Workout

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:  (As Many Reps As Possible)

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Sit ups
  • 15 Air Squats
