Baked Chicken

This recipe is a way to have healthy breaded baked chicken with lots of flavor.  This chicken can easily be paired with the asparagus as they are baked at the same temperature.

Prep Time:  10 Min.     Cook Time:  20 Min.     Servings:  2

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Mrs. Dash
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Combine the almond flour, Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper in a large zip top plastic bag.  Shake to mix.  Add the chicken to the bag and shake to generously coat the chicken breasts.  Place the chicken into a foil-lined baking dish.  Discard the bag and the extra seasoning.  Bake the chicken at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.  Serve with vegetables or other side dish.
